Anti-static cleanroom clothing is essential for cleanroom production. Since it's worn within a cleanroom, the fabric must not become a source of dust. This dictates that the chemical filaments used in ultra-cleanroom fabrics must also strictly control dust generation.
The fabric must have excellent dust filtration properties. Dust in a cleanroom primarily comes from circulating air and people moving around. Once equipment conditions are determined, improving cleanliness requires minimizing the amount of dust generated by the human body within the garment.
To achieve excellent anti-static performance, polyester, which is prone to static electricity, must be blended with conductive yarn. Currently, commonly used fabrics have three types of conductive spacing: 5mm stripes, 5mm mesh, and 2.5mm mesh. The denser the spacing, the better the anti-static effect.
This product is suitable for cleanroom environments above Class 10,000, and is suitable for production areas with high ESD and cleanroom requirements, such as the general electronics industry, LCD manufacturing, pharmaceutical product manufacturing, conductor manufacturing, magnetic head manufacturing, chip manufacturing, and wafer processing.
